Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have implemented an Exchange Policy to address your concerns. Please note: We do not offer returns; only exchanges are allowed. Please read the following carefully to understand our process.

  1. Exchange Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Additional fees of ₹100 will be charged for any kind of exchange (excluding compression t-shirts).

  2. No Returns Policy:

    • Layerzz does not accept returns. We only provide exchanges for eligible items as per the conditions mentioned above.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to personalized items, gift cards, and downloadable software products.

  4. Exchange Process:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at layerzz.official@gmail.com within the specified period.
    • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization.

  5. Coupon Code Method:

    • Layerzz does not offer monetary refunds.
    • Instead, we provide a coupon code for the equivalent value of the exchanged item(s), which can be used for future purchases on layerzz.com.

  6. Coupon Code Terms:

    • The coupon code will be sent to the email address associated with the original purchase.
    • The coupon code is valid for one month from the date of issue.
    • It can be used for any product available on layerzz.com, excluding shipping costs.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a coupon code for the equivalent value.

  8. Shipping Costs:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a coupon code for an exchange, it will cover the value of the exchanged item(s) only and will not include the original shipping costs.

  9. Final Sale Items:

    • Certain items marked as final sale are non-exchangeable.

  10. Changes to This Policy:

    • Layerzz reserves the right to modify or update this Exchange Policy at any time. Please review it periodically for any changes.
